The Reminder 

After a meeting with a client, a service report is required to log in the iCRM system. During the meeting, you may have scheduled a follow-up service with your customer to maintain customer relationship. Hence, during logging in of the service report, you can set a reminder in the system. The system has options to ‘Remind Admin via E-mail or SMS’, ‘Remind Client via E-Mail or SMS’ and can be displayed in the overview calendar. It is a cloud service, which means you can check the calendar and service report all in one go anytime and anywhere.
