Step 1 · Select contacts
Filter the contact list and choose your recipients.
Search or filter your contact list, tick the contacts you want to email, then click Messenger. Only the contacts you select are added to the send list.

Step 2 · Compose and send
Write one email for the selected addresses.
The Multi Channel Send window opens with your selected recipients. Choose the email channel, enter a subject and message, add an attachment if needed, then send.

Which email channels can I use? +
iCRM supports your own SMTP server, the iSMS email service, General BMO email, and an iSMS email channel set up with iCRM.
How do I request an iSMS email channel with iCRM? +
Tell us the email name you want in the form xxxx@cloud.icrm.com.my. We will set up the channel in your iCRM account. Account setup is free for iCRM customers. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I email selected contacts instead of the whole list? +
Yes. Filter the contact list, tick the contacts you want, click Messenger, and write the subject and content in the Multi Channel Send window.
Where else can I send email from? +
You can also send from receipt, invoice, e-invoice, employee and sales report lists, among other supported iCRM lists.
