How the service session 24-hour window works
The 24-hour window is calculated from the last message sent by the customer, not from when the session started. Each time the customer sends a new message, the 24-hour clock resets. One session costs RM 0.10 — your AI and agents can reply as many times as needed within that window. Once 24 hours pass with no customer reply, the session closes. A new RM 0.10 session opens the next time the customer messages you.

The RM 150/month Business plan covers your full iCRM platform access — service cases, contacts, CRM workflows, WhatsApp Business API connection, AI chatbot, BizCloud App (iOS & Android), e-learning module, and full support. It does NOT include WhatsApp AI message credits or WABA conversation fees, which are usage-based and billed separately.
